Good service and great food. Cheesesteak was surprisingly good, and this is coming from a gal from Philly. And the buffalo... chicken wrap was quite tasty as well! Fries were hot and crispy. Read more
If I could give a ZERO, I would. I understand about having limited amount of staff, but that was not the case. Ordered a drink... special rum and coke, they seemed to have put vanilla rum in it. We orered salads, only to be told 15min later they didn't havethe ingredients to make them. After we re-ordered and spoke to the manager herself and explained the drink snafu, other rum andcoke came to the table, however it was lacking any rum at all. Our waiter never asked if we'd like another drink. The waiterfinally brought out our food, clearly there was no rush on getting it to us. The waiter came around to ask how the food was, Isaid not good. Didn't eat, but two bites of the fish & chips and the coleslaw was half of a serving. The waiter never asked why.Paid the lovely bill, waited 10min to get my card back and told the manager on the way out. She just replied, oh you paidalready, sorry. Ugh....huge disappointment, we will NOT be back. Go elsewhere, this place is horrible including the men'srestroom that had pee all over the floor. (My husband told me it was gross.) The good: the food was delicious The bad: everything else. The waitress never offered refills, never asked if I wanted a refill... and didn?t even check in on me to see if I needed anything. She may need more training. The bathroom was a mess/disaster.Smelled horrible. Paper towels everywhere except in the garbage.
