Great food, terrible service. Nobody behind the counter right now during lunch, I saw one girl listening to her headphones... stocking the fridge and not even turn around to check for customers. Good food. Poor service. From the time I placed my order to the time I recieved it, I witnessed 2 customers come up with... incorrect orders, got my order, and what do you know, It was wrong as well. Based on the attitudes I saw given to those othercustomers, I didn't even bother. ?? Read more
The food was great! Only reason for the one star the girl at the cash register was bothered by us coming up to place an order.... Didn't want to be there. Would not speak. The Charley's in Independance mall is NEVER open on time. Not once that I have come here in the last 3 years at opening time... have they been ready to serve their customers. I usually don't wait but today I had my mouth fixed for some Charley's. I gave aone star rating due to the terrible service every time I have been to this location. It's usually by the same smart mouth girlwith earbuds. Today it was 10 after 1100 before anybody even spoke to us and when she did speak, we were told give me 5 moreminutes. Food is great, staff is not! Girl at register is literally face timing with someone while at the same time kind of taking my... order, absolutely not friendly in any way at all and overall just acts as if I'm annoying her by spending my money there whichin turn gives her a way to make money. But that's pretty much par for course nowadays at FF restaurants in this country. Ourbest times and people are long behind us. Read more

I have gone out of my way in the past to eat at the Wilmington NC location because the service and food was always great. Today,... the cashier was very rude and bothered when asked a question. At first I looked over her attitude until I sat down to eat andthe food was terrible. It was dry and burnt on the edges. I spent 26.00 for two combos' and had to throw them away. I supposethe reviews are for the customers only because, the owner seems to give everyone the same response. Read more
