The worst experience I have ever had a fast food restaurant. A worker and manager humiliated and cursed at me for leaning on a... child seat while waiting for my food. Which took forever. This Chick-fil-A is great most of the time. There have been instances of mishaps here and there but the team corrects it. The... biggest pain in the butt if the drive thru. It's just an awkward double loop where if people don't let cars out of it onexit...it can get messy. Just go in and pick it up if you see that. The food is always amazing. The 4 stars is because of how challenging it is to get in and out of this restaurant in a car. The... drive thru lanes are very tight and with the abundance of drive thru cars it's hard to park. The overall layout wasn't layed outvery well. Read more
The line was wrapped 2x around the building and spilling out of their parking lot like it ways is at lunchtime so my 3 kids and... I parked and went inside. We were the ONLY ones inside for lunch for the majority of our dining experience. We ordered our foodand 3 MINUTES later had it brought out to our table.
