Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza and cheesy bread and both were completely inedible. The pizza was so gross, covered in a gross... looking layer of orange grease and it was so thin in the middle it just fell apart and turned to mush when we touched it. Thecheesy bread was not cooked all the way in the middle and freezer burned on the inside. Definitely never ordering again. Totalwaste of money. Read more
Ordered a cheesy bread, 2 2 litre sodas and a 3 cheese medium pizza. Did not receive the marinara sauce. When I called to ask... if they would make it right, I was told they would deliver a marinara when they could. I could reheat the bread in my oven.Mind you, I am disabled and did state such. I was told I was making a big issue out of a sauce and they didn't need my business. He wasn't trying to be rude(his words) but DEFINITELY was. Read more
Everytime I order pizza from here I am very impressed by the quality of the pizza! The cheese always covers the entire pizza,... there's no bubbles and it never looks like a puddle of grease on top. Very well made pizzas and very delicious! Read more
Usually hot pizza from here is good but this visit the pizza was extremely salty, pizza was sloppy and it had so much cheese on... it I couldn't eat it. The kids did eat it so I guess at least that a plus. Read more
I wish I didn't have to color a star at all because this was a terrible, unprofessional location/experience. They accepted my... order online and I made a phone call to follow-up. After spending $80 they ended up canceling my order and stated monies wouldbe returned in 3-4 business days. OMG, thank God I had more monies to feed by grandboys or we would have been out of luck tohave dinner at all! Read more
They're super sweet at this location. It consistently takes much longer than expected for delivery, but they are severely... short-staffed. Despite that, they still try their best and maintain a kind attitude. Customer service everywhere has gonedownhill, so we personally appreciate that kindness more than being prompt at this point. Ordered a pan pizza with double beef. The perimeter was missing cheese most of the way around. There was one piece that had... very little beef. I called to provide feedback, and the person on the call immediately jumped into defensive mode rather thanlisten to feedback. I am/was a regular of this Gordon Road Dominos. But never impressed with the location and definitely notthe customer service. I will try to avoid this location in the future. Read more
