Needs to be said for the crew that was working tonight. Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Got them both within 20 mins. Best I've ever... had from dominos on College Rd. Cheesy and perfect crisp on bottom. Good job whoever was working inside tonight. Steven gets ashout out too for delivery. Just wanna show my appreciation for my order. -A Restaurant worker and I was 110% happy. We usually enjoyed Dominos. Perhaps, my last experience not a good one. They give our order to someone else. Without explanation... of the situation, stuck in this situation, an unavoidable wait under all the confusion while they restarted the order in theirautomated system to prepare a new one. Finally the gentleman serving the orders arrived and asking him; he explain whathappen... Anyone would had leave and cancel the order if they told you and not waist your time -part of the promise of thisproduct is to "save time". On top of that the pizza looked poor quality and it did not even seems to have steak instead resemblelike bacon or something... maybe ham. The manager approached to confirm that was steak which added to the perception of a lowquality product. Tired of the situation -- subtly... walked away. Sad to lose a good pizza place. there are good local pizzasthat treat persons like persons and not a production line fully automated. Uninstalled the app... who cares about a trackerthat lie to you and when they fail they don't say a word. Lesson learned - talk to a real people to place an order and promotemore jobs doing it. Placed an order for delivery and was told it would be about 25 minutes. Over an hour later my order didn't show up. Called and... they said they don't guarantee the 30 minute delivery time that is advertised all over Dominoes commercials, website and app. Read more
Dominoes not only had us waiting outside for five minutes for a curbside order, but also did not have enough money to break a... 100 dollar bill and just stood there and offered no solution to the problem. In order to work in customer service I?d thinkyou?d be able to quickly solve any issue that arises. Lucky there was a little ceasers that was able to accommodate us. Wonderful people at this Domino?s. I phoned in my order for delivery. The girl that took my order repeated it back to me three... times. Very nice and friendly. The delivery driver was also very nice and very friendly. And didn?t have to wait long for mydelivery either. Will be ordering from them again. Read more
Sad how this customer service turned out. Ordered from this location for a long time. The m.o.d ???? was very bad at customer... service. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying and only listened to what his associate what's telling him. I told, Sean. I have apicture of the pizza and he still refused to listen. Read more
I walked in and ordered a takeout pizza tonight. There were a bunch of people working and they asked if I needed help in a... timely manner. I placed my order and the clerk told me it would be about 7 minutes until it was ready. The pizza was in myhands exactly 7 minutes after he said it! Although that time was pretty quick overall, and on par with what the clerk, anotheremployee apologized for any delay and said it would be up shortly. The pizza was delicious and, even though it took me roughly30 minutes to start eating it (my fault), it was plenty warm. There was nobody eating inside the restaurant, but they do haveample seating space. One other person came in and picked up an order and he was helped immediately, nearly walking from thedoor, up to the counter, and straight back out the door. The place was very clean, even the floors behind the counter lookedlike they were recently mopped. Each employee was wearing a mask and anyone touching the food was wearing gloves also. Read more
Best Domino's store in Wilmington by a mile. The staff is always so nice and they do an immaculate job on our pizza every time.... If I could give them higher than 5 stars I would. Read more
