Came to hooters food was great but the best part was the service. You won't find a better girl than Alexis. She is amazing keeps... your drinks filled and you will be laughing and having a great time the entire time your there. She is truly the best at herjob and you have to sit with her when you come in. Wish I would have read the reviews before spending $100 at this place. Our experience was very similar to a most of them. We... sat ourselves. After sitting for awhile my husband asked a passing waitress for our sections waitress. She asked if we seen thehostess. When I showed her the door we entered showing no signs of seeing a hostess, she explained to (cut me off and walkedaway) us we entered through the exit and their are signs at the front. After our waitress finally came. We ordered drinks. Iordered the watermelon margarita after one sip (undrinkable) ordered a beer. Of course a great waitress would have noticed theissue. But none the less, after all that, we decided to order. Took over an hour to receive our meal. It came out very hot withgrease dripping everywhere. Straight from the fryer to the plate. The restaurant was not busy. I would guess about 10 tablesseated with three waitresses walking around. Probably wouldn't have bothered with a review if the food was any good. Butunacceptable service and bad food is a good enough reason to make other diners aware before they waste their money they workvery hard for. I'm assuming a manager wasn't present to allow this to happen. Because all I heard from each waitress to theirpatrons was how sorry they were for the wait. Yikes! Read more
One of the best I've visited. Admittedly, Hooter's wings are a guilty pleasure, but this one in particular was on the smaller... side with only three waitresses. Ours was a delight and very cordial without crossing over the line into flirtation like somany do. Food was hot and the beer was cold. What else could you ask for? Read more
Absolutely terrible. My son wanted to try Hooters so I took him. We came in and were not even acknowledged for several minutes.... Finally were sat but only given one menu for two people. It was seriously like 50 degrees in the restaurant and all fans were onfull power. My son asked if the fan above us could be turned off. It couldn?t. Waitress didn?t acknowledge us for severalminutes neither. Ordered our drinks after waiting about 15 mins. Few minutes later we were then notified there was nocarbonation in the sodas. We ordered different drinks (tea). Took about 15 more minutes to get our drinks. About 20 minuteslater we were finally asked what we wanted to eat. My drink was empty by then. Never given a refill. Ordered crab legs for myson and a grilled chicken Caesar salad for myself. She left then returned to asked if my chicken should be grilled or fried. Iagain said grilled. Food took close to an hour to come out. Still no refill on drink. Crab legs cold as ice and barely any meatin them. Salad had no chicken. We had no utensils. Took another 10 minutes to get a fork for salad. Nothing was given to my kidfor crab legs. Not even another plate to put cracked legs. Still no refill on drink. Waitress never stops to ask how thingsare. After never getting a refill or even acknowledgement that I wasn?t eating my salad and several ?excuse me?s when she ran byI gave up on telling her about my salad and drink. She finally comes by to ask if we were ready for our check. Not asking why wedidn?t eat our food. I told her I?m returning the salad. Told her the crab legs were cold and had barely any meat in them. Iwas willing to pay for the legs because my starving kid did eat what he could of them. We ended up stopping at a gas station andgetting slushies and candy on the way home. Read more
Got this delivered and thought the food is actually pretty good. The portions are generous. The curly fries were tasty and... there's a various selection of wing sauces to choose from. The shrimp po boy is stuffed with shrimp sandwiched between softhoagie bread and the sauce complimented it great. Read more

We ordered door dash and everything was wrong with our order. I called and spoke to manager Steve tonight who said. Sorry.... Thanks for letting me know but I can?t do anything about it. Spent almost $50 and all he said was sorry. We will try to dobetter next time. He didn?t even offer something complimentary to bring us back in and make things right. Not sure howWilmington works but where I am from managers from restaurants try to make things right. Really sad. The food they got right wasgood but I would never be back to that restaurant.
