Ordered delivery from Islands Fresh Mex Grill tonight 8/7/22 based on others reviews. It was completely cold, no forks for taco... salad or burrito bowl (in delivery bag), no grilled onions or peppers that we paid extra to add and southwest chicken wasunidentifiable (looked like ground beef). I've been sick since I tried to eat it. Do yourself and your time in Wilmington afavor and go to Taco Bell or Chipotle, sadly, either would be better.
