Have been there twice now since I moved nearby. The first time was excellent. Customer service was great, food great, price... wasn't bad. The 2nd time, today, was totally different. Barely acknowledged by staff. Kid who did take my order had zeropersonality, barely could hear him speak. I was nickel and dimed for things that were included last time. What sandwich shopdoesnt include cheese with the sandwich? The same sandwich I ordered the first time cost double this time. I asked for the spicyranch and was told its 75 cents when the last time it was free. If you're going to charge for it, put the sign for it at theregister so you can pay for it when you ask for it if there's going to be a charge. Read more

Bad enough the one day I don't bring my lunch it pours down rain. So I go to Jimmy John's to get lunch. Go on in and were not... busy so happy that I can grab lunch & go. I tell the cashier my order 3 times, turkey sandwich with turkey and mayo only. Getmy order quickly. They didn't put in a bag even though it's to go but I let it slide.
