First, it was lunch time and there was nothing ready, as advertised. There was nothing behind the cashier or in the portal.... There were 4 or 5 people on staff. So, it?s not like they didn?t have the man-power. It is one of the absolute worst pizzaplaces I?ve ever been to in my life. It took an hour to get my food and I ordered 30 minutes before I got there. The staff wasincredibly rude. There?s one individual in particular who has tattoos on her neck and arms (this isn?t about the tattoos. I amnot judging the tattoos. I have plenty of tats myself. It?s the only visible identifier I can think of.) who was especiallyrude. The nice gentleman at the counter asked me to wait outside because they have a policy of only one person in the lobby at atimes. As he was explaining why she loudly interrupted and said ?STEP OUTSIDE PLEASE!? Rudely interrupting her coworker. I said?rudeness isn?t necessary.? She loudly stated again ?STEP OUTSIDE !? Her demeanor and tone were clearly a sign of frustrationand unwillingness to be civil. My days of frequenting this establishment are over. This place had no door handle and a sign in the mirror saying they would not open it and to "figure it out". Once my wife and... other customers managed to pry the door open, the entire staff acted rude, unprofessional, gave us someone else's order. Onegirl wouldn't make eye contact with anyone the whole time there. The gut who was working was snarky and rude. If this was myfranchise I'd fire the entire store. Do not go to this location.
