This McDonald?s has to have the biggest ?I don?t care attitude? that I have repetitively received over and over. Our orders have... never once been right. I advise anyone using there drive thru service to double check your order before driving off. I will saythey do make it right once I walk in and show the receipt and what items I didn?t receive but I shouldn?t have to do that. Mosttimes the orders aren?t even close to what we wanted and that?s after they?ve confirmed what we ordered at the window. Read more
I went october 27, 2022 at around 3:30 at noon I asked if they still gave free happy meals for report cards, but that no longer... had that service. The man working the cash register was so nice and bought me a happy meal anyways. Made me so happy. McDonalds:he needs a raise Read more
Breakfast was warm, eggs were burnt (Brown) on the bottom, biscuit was dry! spider webs all over the place. The lack of... acknowledging that your facility and workers are not performing is an indication that you would do anything to keep makingmoney regardless of the outcome speaks volumes! Went to this McDonald's this evening on the way home. Placed order and was told to pull around for total. I paid and I was... shorted 31 cents. The girl at the window said it was all the change she had. I was then directed to pull up. 6 minutes lateri was brought my food. I ordered extra tartar sauce and sweet and sour for the nuggets. Did not get extra tartar sauce or anysauce for the nuggets. Very poor service. Think twice before you go here. Read more

This location consistently closes its doors to the public with no warning and forgets to shut off their mobile ordering. If an... order is placed when it is closed, it is the local owners/GMs responsibility to issue a refund for the order and there isnothing corporate can do outside of messaging the local owner for a response. Their food is sub par even for McDonald'sstandards (when you do get it) and even though I live a mile from this location, I will drive the extra few miles to go to theone on Gordon Rd. if I'm in the mood for McDonalds. While visiting Wilmington, I stopped at McDonald's on Market Street for a number 6 (Fish Combo). The sandwich was very good. ... The staff was very courteous and the restaurant was clean and well organized. I have to appreciate the fact the dining room isopen and there were no long lines waiting to order. The food was delivered quickly. A great place for a quick bite. I willdefinitely visit this location again. Read more
Service was the worst I have had at any McDonald's. First clue should have been the lack of customers inside and out, and right... at the breakfast to lunch transition, drive through was empty, four older gentlemen drinking coffee inside. Lots of staff onhand, nobody at the register. Once we placed our order on the kiosk, I started counting orders being processed. They built twobags for Grubhub or Doordash, and made a cup of coffee for the drive through. 28 minutes from the time our order was placed tofood being served. On a normal chicken nugget order, you get a pack of sauce for every 4 nuggets. We got 3 packs for a 20 piece.I asked the manager for a cup of the spicy chicken sauce, took him 5 minutes to bring me a teaspoon or so in a cup. Total timespent on site was almost a hour, and there was only one drive through customer and one walk in customer that took their food togo. Read more
