This review is given not because the food was bad or facilities were bad. Unfortunately I had a bad app experience when ordering... breakfast. Their app states you can use the order code if the phone is not recognized on the app. Even when showing them thescreenshot on their app explaining what to do another person had to go and pick up the order. Very unprofessional and notwilling to help. It would be different if we have not already done the same thing at the same facility with no problems. Read more

I did not dislike McDonald?s until I went through the drive-through with my granddaughter this morning and ordered a smoothie,... burrito and a single hash brown. The burrito is now $1.99 and the single hash brown was $1.99. These prices are crazy! I lovethe stores location and the people who work there are fantastic but management has placed pricing way too high for the value oftheir offering! I went to the drive thru and the staff was rude and made inappropriate/rude comments to me. I had my newborn and toddler with... me screaming and crying because I had to wait for 30 minutes for a small order. There was a long line behind me in the drivethru. My food was incorrect and dried. I threw it all out because it appears that they tampered with it. Staff is nasty anddisgusting!!! I do not recommend this place at all. Just read all the other 1 star reviews. Read more
Food has gone way down hill. I'd rather have a burger from anyplace else. The fries were cold and had been cooked in old grease.... Burger was dripping grease and was very sloppily made. Hard to eat without ruining your clothes. Very inconsistent. How doesthat happen with their system? Read more
