I feel silly leaving a review for a fast food place but it?s just a bummer and this location desperately needs help. Not sure if... it?s an understaffing issue or what but every experience I?ve had here is surprisingly worse than the experience before. Theservice here is atrocious. Took about 25 minutes to be helped start from finish today and the staff is incredibly rude &unprofessional. Order is typically wrong or items are missing. It?s the most convenient location for me but I may not be able tojustify stopping at this location anymore. Read more
It's the same thing every time and it's why I will personally never eat here again. I am also going to try and never receive... Doordash orders for here as well. I've seen this place on multiple occasions have less than 5 ppl to take care of and still takeover 30 minutes in order to complete orders. They aren't understaffed I see more than a fair share of ppl in the back and I'veworked fast food before there is no excuse for this. Read more
Place is garbage. Worst employees in the world. Better off hiring monkeys. With 0 cars in the drive through you approximate wait... time is 45 min. NO JOKE. The employees are spending there time outside the restaurant socializing with the friends that pull up.I?ve been here 3 times. 2 of those times it was an hour+ drive through experience(place was dead). This particular McDonald?s is NOTORIOUS for having you ?pull forward? or ?pull over? to make their drive thru times look all... great. In the last 6 months i don?t think I?ve ever gotten my order at the pickup window. You?d think with the wait food wouldbe hot, nah it?s never hot. Fries are always cold. I usually just go to the one on S. college. Takes me out my way a bit buttheir food and service is better. Read more
At the drive thru today no one bothered to take my order. The car in front of me drove off after a long wait. The other line was... rolling along but not mine. After more than 5 minutes I drove to the pay window to complain. He took my order and just walkedoff. So I left. Second time this has happened! Who runs a business like that? Ridiculous. Read more
Food is uniform with expected McDonald's requirements. Seems understaffed and I had to pull forward in the drive through and... wait 5min for a happy meal and big Mac combo for my kids. Seems like those items would be much faster. Staff was pleasant. Read more
15 minutes in the line just to move up 2 cars. Ended up canceling my order and leaving the line. This McDonald?s constantly have... extreme wait times. Better off going to a different McDonald?s down the road Read more
3rd time I've went 3rd time they've screwed up my order. First time after waiting 45 minutes...you read that right 45 minutes... and them messing up my food and all but laughing about it I finally got what I ordered (after they forgot items). 2nd timeforgot a burger,third time forgot two whole burgers. Oh and also gave me a fry container that was split down the side. Did Imention I waited 20-30 minutes the last two times I went in. Contacted the manager the first time who never contacted me back.They don't apologize they give you an attitude when you tell them nicely...after waiting 30 minutes they forgot food or messedup. Like it's somehow your fault. Worst mcds I've ever been to. Skip this one and keep driving down the road, guarantee anyother mcds you hit will have MUCH better service. They've lost mine. Read more
