Over the years outback has been a favorite, I loved that. Alice Springs chicken but when I had it at lunch a few years ago it... was disappointingly small. So I didn't go there over the pandemic or before. But a friend was really hungry for a steak. Andforgetting that it was a Saturday, I said okay, let's stop there on our way home from shopping. The parking lot lookedreasonably full so I was hopeful we would get a table. Not realizing was also right smack in the middle of dinner hour. Much tomy dismay when I got up to the hostess suddenly they were going to be on a 30 minute wait. Frustration overwhelmed me. But wesat down to wait our turn. I was not happy with the young lady who suddenly had no room. The people behind us were given abeeper, we were not, the people behind us got seated before us, making me extremely hot. Hot. But I expressed it to a differenthostess that we were in front of those people and she happily sat us right away. I decided to go for the Alice Springs chickenagain and see what happened. My dinner was excellent. The chicken was juicy and plentiful, the baked potato was perfect and mysalad was delicious. Delicious. My friend ordered an abundance of food to take home for the next few days. And she was pleasedas well. The waiter was great. He was definitely intent on making my friend happy. Once I ate I was happy. I would just say goearlier if you're in a tourist town like we live in because it can be very crowded. It's obviously crowded for a reason. They dohave good food. Read more
Wait staff and hostess were polite. The manager came over to see how our food and service was. The food was hit, spiced just... right, was fresh tasting, and the overall appearance of the inside and outside of this establishment were clean. We had anexcellent meal and experience here, will definitely be returning. Read more
Outback has been a go-to place for us for several years. My wife loves their chicken and sweet potatoes while I can not get... enough of their steaks. We both love their Cesar salads and fresh bread. All their appetizers are great and their service isfast and friendly. They are quick to also make everything perfect during your stay. Highly recommend. Read more

I've always liked Outback since high school. It was good to come back here. I always enjoy their food and drinks. The food was... so good, I forgot to take pictures of my food before I started to eat it. I enjoyed the blueberry lavender lemonade drink. I domiss the other stuff that use to be on the menu before COVID-19. One thing I did notice now when I order the specialty alcoholdrinks and the special seasonal food, the presentation of the drinks and food do not look the same in the menu (missing items). Read more
I initially had a not so great experience in the restaurant. I ended up not eating my meal and left a one star review. However,... one of the owners of this location reached out about my experience and made a sincere apology for my experience along with aninvitation to come back. She offered and sent gift cards to me to show good faith in her restaurant, product and staff to usewhen I return to the restaurant. Good customer service and pride in product is hard to come by. But this outback has restoredthat. Thank you for that Elizabeth! This is the quality of food that is served at the Wilmington NC franchise. This isunacceptable and I was unable to even eat my lunch today. We were told by the manager that you do serve a lower quality productand charge a higher price. That is pathetic and it will be the reason I do not return to any outback. You should really lookinto upping you quality and product at this location. Dropped in for lunch and a beer. Got a ribeye with grilled shrimp plate that came with two sides: garden side salad with blue... cheese dressing and a baked sweet potato. The steak was cooked to my request. The size of the shrimp was kind of small butoverall the taste was great. The amount of dressing for the salad was a bit on the low size. Sweet potato was excellent. Alsogot a loaf of delicious bread to soak all the juices up. Read more
Came here for a family dinner. We had a great time and the food was delicious. Our server Kay was excellent! She was quick and... efficient and really sweet to our son. She brought me fresh glasses of iced tea with new lemons which I loved. I saw her handlea difficult customer very professionally. (Not me!)
