The customer service at this location is terrible. It starts with management. The employees at this Panera bread always look... scared to even speak. They are never smiling and management gives off such a racist and unpleasant vibe. As much as I lovepanera bread, I?ll just have to get it else where. Management needs to be revised at this location. I had a door dash orderwhere the dasher had stolen my food, door dash gave me my money back and I reordered, the management refused to fix my orderagain although I was paying for it. The new door dasher had to go in to the restaurant to fuss them out to fix my food again. IfI could give zero stars I would. Read more
Usually i have a quick and easy experience and have no problem with my food. Today I picked up my lunch on my break from work... and this is the third time I haven?t got the cream cheese I paid for with my bagel. It really sucks because I don?t have enoughtime to go back to pick it up and I feel like I shouldn?t have to open my bag to do a quality check when they have a person thatliterally does that for customers? A little annoyed about that but I do still appreciate everyone?s hard work and I know thingshappen but I hope this helps them be more aware of checking what?s in a customers order. Read more
I was an employee at this establishment for one year and the management at this location treated their employees very... disrespectfully including me. The employees moral was terrible because of the supervisors. I?m big on supporting localbusinesses and this is corporation. Employees are not happy here. Please don?t support businesses where they treat theiremployees like trash. I know we have to give at least one star as a rating, I would have not even given this location that. We've been to many Panera Bread locations and this is the cleanest of all. Also, a great friendly staff. Salads and sandwiches... are properly made and generous. Read more
The floors and tables were dirty. They should move the cups away from the self order kiosks and place them, oh I don't know, ... near the drinks. Too many times people are reaching over me while I was placing an order just so they could get a cup. Napkindispenser was completely out. Nice outdoor seating area. Read more
I'm always happy when I find a Panera bread because the food is consistent and I really like it! The new Thai chicken soup is... delicious, especially with the crusty bread. I usually get the salad as well tomatoes and cucumbers. Large selection of hotteas... I get the English breakfast. Read more
I usually avoid this location because it doesn?t have a drive thru. However, I went in yesterday after some Christmas shopping... and I was so pleased! The Cashier was so sweet?? I think her name was molly? Give that girl a raise!!! Read more
