Update: Amy the manager got ahold of my coworker and brought her the pizza she wanted free of charge....thank you Amy! Have... tried to call so many different times over the past month to order but they never answer the phone, today my coworker wascalling for over 45 min. Called another store to complain, the manager there was nice and contacted them to contact us but stillnothing...guess they don't care about selling pizzas. Do NOT order from here! I placed an order at 11:15am and never received my order. I tired calling for an update on my order at... 12:00 and no one would answer. I had to leave at 1:00 for an appointment and still haven?t received my pizza. I called PapaJohns again around 2:30 finally someone answered. They said that DoorDash claimed my pizza was delivered and I couldn?t get arefund. Thats when I learned they use DoorDash and have no control over the pizza once it leaves their restaurant. So I neverreceived a pizza or a refund. I?m never ordering from Papa Johns again. Read more
worst papa johns i?ve ever been to. placed an order at 9 o clock at night. they called me 9:57 to tell me they wouldn?t be... delivering my order. i asked if i could come pick it up (i stay 5 minutes up the road)when i arrived they had closed the store,looks like they never even made my food. i tried calling & knocking but the ?manager? inside completely ignored me. i paid $45for food i never got to eat. worst service ever. If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. My husband and I ordered a large Tuscan cheese, a small Philly cheesesteak and a... small order of wings through doordash from this location. Once we received them, we realized that the cheese pizza was hard,cold and 100% a normal cheese pizza (with barely any cheese) made earlier in the day that they had left hanging around. ThePhilly cheesesteak was made sloppily, with barely any sauce, multiple huge bubbles in the crust, and the middle was stuck to thebox so bad that the slices ripped when trying to lift one out. We literally had to scrape the pizza off with a fork. Ordered online for curbside pickup. The app stated it would be done in 17-18 minutes. Arrived and tapped on the app that we were... here and waited not even 2 minutes for it to be delivered to us. 4/5 stars because the pizza wasn?t hot but warmish and prettygood. Read more
Ordered delivery an hour before they closed. Our pizza was never started and the order was canceled after over an hour of... waiting. Also, they wanted me to leave a tip over the phone before the order had even arrived. I tip based off how quickly Ireceive my order and how nice the driver is and definitely don?t tip before hand. There are a lot more reviews just like mine,don?t waste your time here and definitely don?t support this franchise location or its employees. If you want a great localPapa John?s in town you can go to 5814 Oleander Dr. We called that location and didn?t have to talk to anyone in a call center,our order was correct and ready very fast, the staff was friendly and applied a coupon to save us some money which which Ireturned to them in the form of a 20 percent tip.
