After calling back and speaking to another employee for over 10 minutes, their attempt to help resulted in my call being droppedand problem still not resolved. I ordered my pizza it was completely wrong. There was no extra cheese on my pizza, there was a ton of sauce on there and my... pizza was not even cut I had to cut my own pizza. I called Papa John?s and the girl said it wasn?t her problem that I needed tocontact GrubHub. GrubHub was not the one that made my pizza Papa John?s was. Papa John?s needs to take accountability for thisnasty looking pizza they made and sent and didn?t even cut. POOR customer service! Don't ask for extra toppings. I had ordered extra meatballs and when I called the store the lady said she... would speak to the manager. The manager said she followed the portion directions exactly. Last time I get ripped off for anextra $4. I would have been content with a $4 credit to my Papa John's account.
