Was charged and then told my order could not be completed. The sales rep tried to transfer me to a store and was unsuccessful. ... After calling back and speaking to another employee for over 10 minutes, their attempt to help resulted in my call being droppedand problem still not resolved. I ordered my pizza it was completely wrong. There was no extra cheese on my pizza, there was a ton of sauce on there and my... pizza was not even cut I had to cut my own pizza. I called Papa John?s and the girl said it wasn?t her problem that I needed tocontact GrubHub. GrubHub was not the one that made my pizza Papa John?s was. Papa John?s needs to take accountability for thisnasty looking pizza they made and sent and didn?t even cut. POOR customer service! Don't ask for extra toppings. I had ordered extra meatballs and when I called the store the lady said she... would speak to the manager. The manager said she followed the portion directions exactly. Last time I get ripped off for anextra $4. I would have been content with a $4 credit to my Papa John's account. Horrible experience. Unfortunately this is not a first for Papa John?s but it will be my last. This location however took it a... step further. I had driven in 5 o?clock have traffic after a very long day and was excited to have someone else cook for me foronce. Unfortunately I did not check my order before driving back home in 5 o?clock traffic and when I arrived home, the orderwas wrong. Surprise surprise right? So I call the manager and she proceeds to tell me that she is not obligated to give me arefund. She offered a free pizza next time or I could come get another one. Neither was chosen due to me not wanting to driveagain and I would not be ordering from there again. After asking for a refund, the manager got very rude and raised her voiceand told me over and over she was not obligated to give me a refund. Then she decided to change her word to she didn?t have theoption. When I told her that was a better choice of words than obligated she decided to start yelling at me and telling me thatI was being rude. We placed the order for dinner. Only half of the order was delivered and that half was wrong. We called back in and we?re told... that they would send the order out again but it would take 1 1/2 hours. We had already waited 80 minutes and that wasunacceptable. When we said that that was not acceptable we were treated rudely by the manager. After waiting another hour and ahalf, We called back in only to be told that they had simply deleted our order and hadn?t even bothered. We will be buying pizzasomewhere else. Read more
I've been ordering from this Papa John's for many years and "I" recently make a mistake while placing my order on the Papa... John's app and they delivered my pizzas exactly how I ordered them. However, when I discovered my mistake, I called the store,talked to the manager and she was MORE than helpful to resolve my mistake by making and delivering me a new pizza the way Imeant to order it the first time... All at not cost to me! She was kind, understanding and professional and that's almostimpossible to find anymore so everyone in their ordering area needs to order from this Papa John's and experience true customerservice!!
