Food?s good, as expected here. Can?t go wrong with most of the items on the menu. The problem with this restaurant is the... service. I don?t know if it?s the computers or improper management, but there?s a 75% chance they?ll get my order wrong. Therewas even a time where I ordered the white meat chicken combo and I got home only to find out I got everything but the chicken.This has been an ongoing issue with this specific location for the few years I?ve been going. I visit Smithfield's at least twice a month. We limit the number of places that we eat out at as the quality of service at other... restaurants have gone south since the bat stew flue came out. On this occasion we ordered the chicken tenders plates as we havein the past. The service was great. The employees were friendly. The meals however were much smaller than the previous visits.The tenders were smaller and down to three from four. The serving of French fries and slaw were half the size, and the hushpuppies were not much bigger than a drinking straw, and less in number. I shouldn't complain about the coffee as it's free, butI've tasted truck stop coffee that was better. I would gladly pay more for a better meal than walk away still hungry. Read more

The food was good, but being asked to pull up and wait in the drive through for 16 minutes only to go inside and ask what?s... taking so long and find out your food is just sitting there getting cold was extremely disappointing.
