Update: 11/2/22 Ordered a venti brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso as I always do. As it's being handed to me I told the drive... thru server, this looks way to light, like straight milk or cream and he says to me, well it's a blonde espresso! ( No way! LikeI didn't know that!) Took a taste and it is straight oat milk! Kind of reminds of of when you eat cereal and drink the milkafter) thats what this drink taste like, complete trash! Its an over pour on the milk! I'm so sick of paying 7$ for a drink thatthey cant follow directions on, the pour lines are provided on the cups to help guide you! If anything, add more ice not moremilk! Very disappointing starbucks! I'll stick to the starbucks on Sir Tyler, at least they know how to make drinks over there. Read more

Met the new manager as I sought out a solid cup of coffee Thursday morning. Abby Mortensen warmly greeted me as we stood in... line. Abby recommended a new medium brew in a pour-over. It was as delicious as she reported it to be. She went back and made itherself. A great manager can empower a business! Great quick stop for a coffee fix. Went in the drive thru and was very quick for the line of cars. It was less than 10 minutes... and I found that to be very quick. I got 4 coffees, everything was accurate and was served with a smile. Very friendly locationto get service. No issues and would go to this location again. Read more
It's important to stop and appreciate great service in these days when that can be hard to find often. On my visit, I was... pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of my barista. She was genuinely cheerful and offered a smile. (I am aStarbucks fanboy and I can testify that this, unfortunately, is a rarity. Just getting a "hello" or even eye contact is causefor celebration, usually.) I ordered a coffee cake and grande (medium) hot tea. My coffee cake came up quickly but as I waited,I noted that my tea never got called. After some time, I walk back up and it turned out the tea was missed. She was immediatelyapologetic and felt awful about the issue. I said it was not a problem but she repeated how sorry she was and offered me thelarger venti right away and apologized once more. She clearly wanted to be sure I was satisfied. It turned to be a wonderfulexperience and I left impressed by the care and responsiveness of the the staff here. Read more
I literally just left the drive through, and Logan was the one ?taking care? of my order . Well he just doesn?t have the... Starbucks attitude that I always encountered. The staff is alway super nice and smile, which is nice. But Logan literally rolledhis eyes and sucked his teeth at us for paying with exact change. Read more
Definitely do not fill mobile orders as most Starbucks do!!!! Would have been better to wait in the long drive through line.... Preparation time should reflect the fact that they clearly don?t put all orders as they come in. Will not come back to thisstore. Read more
