For parents: the water in the bathrooms is scalding hot at this location. Kids can?t wash their hands in it. I?ve told them but... they don?t care/change it. Also, this location is always out of specialty drink flavors. I love the sugar cookie latte,especially since I can?t have cows milk and it comes standard with almond milk. But when they?re out, their alternate drinksstill up charge for almond milk. That?s unfortunate and disappointing. If there?s a Starbucks special going on, get itelsewhere or get ready for disappointment. Read more
I normally enjoy the service at my neighborhood Starbucks but today I ordered my standard Caramel Frap at the drive thru, it... came to I think $5.89 and I handed the girl a $20 bill. Two minutes later she gives me $4 and .11 in change. I realize shethinks I gave her a $10 bill instead of a $20 bill, which is a human mistake, no big deal. Couple of minutes later she bringsme my Frap and I'm still holding the $4 and change in my hand and say, you only gave me $4 back and I gave you a $20 bill.Again, human mistake, no big deal. She calls, I guess a manager, open the register, and hands me a $10 bill and starts takingthe $4 out of my hand. I say, what are you doing, I gave you a $20 bill. I guess either this girl was having a bad day or shejust should not be handling money. Anyways, the Frap was okay but it makes me wonder about the general service of thisStarbucks. Its not always AAA+++ but I have a feeling I will be filling up my Starbucks gift card in the future so as not todeal with cash. It might just make things easier in the future. Read more
At approximately 9:30 on 11/5/22 I used the drive thru as I have done several times. The snot nose punk at the window and the... heffer on the headset thought it would be funny to stick a chocolate syrup covered dollar in my change. I seen their sneakylittle attempt to be funny and gave them the dollar back as a tip. They were having a good laugh when I left the drive thru. Maybe your no class employees should have a comedy show instead of working in food service. Read more

Usually I enjoy coffee from this Starbucks but I literally just ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and it was not any... type of Frappuccino I've ever had. It is so runny and almost room temperature! I'm Super annoyed because my mom and friend bothgot the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and theirs was delicious with no issues. And to make it worse we sat and waited tenminutes just for MINE after they had already gotten theirs at the drive-thru ! Cars were even pulling off because they was tiredof waiting. I have to begin by saying I visited this location at 4:50 in the morning my way to work. I got there and pulled up to the drove... through about 10 minutes before the location opened at 5 am. I rolled down the window and waited for them to open. While it didtake them exactly until 5am to openly acknowledge me and ask for my order they did so with a great attitude. The nice barristaat the drive through took my order which was 3 coffees. She was so patient. I had to wait until my coworker responded with exactdetails of her drink and the overly barrista was so great about it. When I got to the drove through I got a nice (althoughunderstandably tired) smile and the most friendly service. I think once 5am rolled around they took my order and I was headed toworked with two piping hot coffees and one perfectly iced non dairy within about 8 minutes. I feel like given how early Iarrived that I received great service. The coffees were terrific and I greatly appreciate the customer service and the highquality I received. Thankyou Starbucks!!!! Our first drinks were too milky and I very reluctantly sent my coworker back to get them remade. I sent a letter with her... apologizing for asking them to be remade.
