Amazing staff, not too crowded.
Clean restaurant and quick service. Only negative, prices are too high as with all Starbucks.

There's one girl who is phenomenal at making my drink. Five star flat white every time. However, I find it absolutely... *UNACCEPTABLE* that the campus does not allow them to accept tips. Surely they would want the best for their employees, but it'sclear all they care about is policy, not their people. They are hard workers. Let them make their money where ever they can. I've seen this "standard" at Barnes and noble, Harris teeter cafes, and now here. And there's a reason I do not frequent any ofthem. Do better for your employees. Do better for the people you're in charge of. No cafe patron feels relieved that they don'thave to tip, they feel appalled and bad for the employees. Read more
