10/20/22 Very rude person making sandwiches. I asked for more salt and pepper and she huffed about it, when it came to dressing... I asked for more ranch and she berated me for asking for extras when there was a line. She said I was stressing her out. I toldher customers can ask for extra condiments without holding anybody up or stressing anyone out. She then told me I can get mysandwiches somewhere else. I wholly respect glove wearing while preparing food for the public. What disturbed me today was i had to ask the older lady... who prepared my sandwich/ running the register to put on a clean pair of gloves. I mean, I watched this woman handle money, &stuff trash in a trash can & then proceeded to make sandwiches for the customers. But she didn't exchange any words & put on anew pair of gloves as requested. The sandwich was delicious. I will return. Read more
Fast friendly service and smile that lights up the room. Unfortunately on today's visit the toaster is broken. It's one of the... main reasons I go to Subway hot toasted subs. I decided to purchase anyway the Sandwich artist was so nice and kind she took theproduct off of the sub and put it into the microwave just to melt the cheese very thoughtful. Read more
This is the worst customer service I have ever received at ANY establishment I have ever been to. I love Subway but I will NEVER... return to this one. I walk in and no line but I received no recognition, no hello, nothing. She proceeded to make 2 online ordersandwiches and then 2 more people walk in so she had a line. I didn?t mind she made these sandwiches but she could?ve at leastgreeted me and said il be right with you, nothing. Then she proceeded to not only rush me but the woman behind me. Also nogreeting to either of us. I ordered wrap and she didn?t even ask me if I wanted it toasted which I didn?t she thew the meat inthe microwave and slammed the door before I had a chance to speak. She seemed upset like she must be having a bad day but sheshould be ashamed of how she treats customers she should NOT work in customer service she was very RUDE for no reason at all. Iwas overly nice to her hoping she would find my enthusiasm annoying. Almost like I was mocking how rude she was. I wanted to askher why she was so upset/mean but I didn?t. ultimate spicy Italian...you should probably ask the customer if they want that light butter and garlic instead of putting the... complete tub of butter on it. and bake the bread with the butter so its not a sloppy greasy mess . besides being gross sandwichmy hands are covered in a nasty butter and garlic. not impressed subway not impressed.. It's evident that the store is under transition. The store atmosphere and personnel. But this store is in a prime location. I... can't imagine what their overhead is. I've frequent the store twice and the selection of choice of breads have been limiteddown to two selections. The first time I thought it was a fluke but now two weeks later I'm getting the same response. Idon't blame the personnel ...if they going to make those changes shouldn't something be posted. ( only the multiple selections posted.) I don't care how convenient I want what I want. Especially for that price point. Franchises you going tohave to do better.i suspect that they don't have the personnel to make the variety of breads I'm just guessing. But should Ihave to guess ? Read more
