Live laugh love them!! I paid with cash and this lady with blonde hair (in a bun) asked if i had 6 cents. and i said yes ofc.... and she was like sorry im running out of change, and i said no worries, i understand! i understood because i work in the foodindustry and sometimes my store doesn't have change, and people these days can be real rude! so i felt bad and i gave them mywhole jar of change i had in my car, and she gave me not one, but TWO bags of cinnamon twists! i thought it was so kind of them.thank you???? They get my order wrong at least 50% of the time. Going back through the line last time they confirmed with me what I wanted and... then gave me a completely different item. The food they got correct was made really poorly compared to other Taco Bells. Read more
I've always had good experiences with the Taco Bell in the Monkey Junction area (by Harris Teeter). I always seem to get a... friendly cashier/order taker at the drive-thru and my order is right almost every time. I've been to many other Taco Bells thatarent that great, but this one gets it right. Taco Bell app and Google said they closed at 2am. I placed an order on the Taco Bell app and was charged for the order. When I... arrived at 1:20am I was greeted at the speaker with ?sorry we?re closed?. When asked about the order I placed and was chargedfor there was no response. Pulled around to to window when I was ignored again until I started honking the horn. When theyfinally came to the window I asked again about the order I placed on the app and have been charged for I was told ?sorry we?reclosed. You need to call for a refund? and they shut the window.
