We have gone here frequently for late night dinners however something is always wrong most of the time it's being charged for... something and not receiving it well tonight my significant other and I decided on taco bell he got home at 7:14 pm its now 7:24and he left a few minutes ago to go to sonic because apparently it's okay to just throw stuff together and say oh well his foodwas cold and they had started to add sour cream and stopped instead of remaking the wrap I tried calling the store personallyand no one cares to answer the phone so will no longer be going to this location and will be calling corporate in as soon aspossible I've been in customer service for over 5 years and this is not how you treat your guests I hope everything goes welland your employees improve!! Very professional and caring staff, i haven?t had a good experience at Taco Bell in a while these guys were good.

I had went through the drive thru and the lady had yelled at me over the speaker if she could take my order after being snappy... about me having to wait and then when I got to the window she handed me my food with such an attitude and such a disgusting,unhuman look on her face. I wish I could give this 0 stars. How do you put plastic wrap wrapped in a burrito?!
Sometimes the customer service is great. However I have a problem with false advertising.... The picture looks like you're... getting more on the inside of the burrito than what I actually am getting. I can make it at home and fill the tortilla up versuspaying Taco Bell to barely put any ingredients and give me mostly tortilla shell. Read more
