Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place tonight the line for the drive through was super long so I decided to go in with a... couple friends we all ordered through the kiosk they paid with a card and I chose the cash option they had on there my friendsall got their food after 10 minutes then I stood there for another 20 minutes before inquiring about my order I?ve been in theservice industry for over 10 years so I get that they were busy but they told me the thing I ordered on doesn?t work for cash sothey didn?t have my order even though that was an option and if I wanted to order and pay cash I had to go through the drivethrough I was even willing to round up and pay exact cash but they wouldn?t do it inside then a random person paid with his cardand I paid him cash then waited another 20 minutes for my order and my order ended up being wrong and they pretty much told methey couldn?t do anything about it so I went home after an hour of standing in a ?fast food? restaurant with the wrong order Iwill not be going back here Read more
This taco bell could use some lessons in the food prep area, bowls, burritos and tacos have very little meat portions and are... obviously thrown together with little care. Mens bathroom toilet STILL stopped up! Absolutely disgusting. This is my second time stopping here within 2 weeks and the toilet... stopped up both times. Employees non existent, they stay in the back cutting up. You have to order your food on the kiosk only.Dining room tables dirty. Food was not hot. Will not be back to this location. Read more
Dining area was dirty with trash cans overflowing, with dirty tables and floors. Bathroom was dirty and smelled of raw sewage.... Fountain drink area was dirty, sticky, most of the drinks were just carbonated water. Condiment area was not supplied and dirty.We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order because the cashier was too worried about taking a break and nothing else.The store was not busy, it is one of the dirtiest places we have ever been to. Worse experience ever! Ordered $21 worth of food and got 4 items that I didn?t even order. Slushee was also only filled up 3/4... of the way. Asked me what I had what I got at drive thru window and then I confirmed and it was still the wrong food. Less thanhalf the order. Also forgot my tea.
