Restaurant is very nice inside. Waitress was really nice. Husband's first time ever and mine for dinner. Made reservations for... 830p. When we sat down we were told the kitchen closes in 15 minutes. Thought the restaurant closed later when checked onlinebut tried to make the best of it. Bar also closed right away too. After 10 years of trying to convince my husband to bring me wegot short changed and cost the same price for the 2 course vs the 4 course meal we intended to get but with kitchen closingcould not do. It was mine and my husband's first time there for our 1st wedding anniversary, and I can happily say we'll be back! The food was... absolutely amazing and the price is honestly not that bad for the amount of food you get. It was so good we even bought theseasoning for the salads. We had a great experience. Bess, our server was very helpful explaining to us how everything works, since it was our first time... dining at the Melting Pot. She also made great suggestions on the drinks and which sauces were best paired with the steak andwhich ones were better with the chicken and shrimp. Bess provided great customer service, she was checking on us regularly tosee how we were doing and if we needed anything else. Overall, we had a great first time experience. Read more

For a first timer at this place, the menu was confusing. And the waitress was 0 help. When she asked what we were having I told... her I didn't know how to order or what to order. *blank stare* That's all I got. She offered no information about the menu orhow to order. I got a little frustrated. She left to get our drinks and came back. She asked if we had decided. My daughteradvised the 4 course option. So I told her we would do that. We chose from the options and then when it came to how we "wantedit cooked", I had no clue that we were cooking it at the table and we had choices of ways to prepare our entrees. I asked "Whatdo you mean? What is the soup? *blank stare*. Then gives a vague description. I ended up going with the grill because I stillhad no clue what the other options were. It was a really frustrating experience. With all that being said, anything we spokeabout that didn't pertain to our food or the menu, she was very nice and talkative. I won't be going back because it was a highprice to pay to leave frustrated and still not knowing what my options really were and settling for what I did understand. Me and my boyfriend came by here a few days ago for our anniversary. When we sat down, we we’re automatically greeted by an... awesome waiter, named Jameson. I have waitressed for almost 4 years and I never met a better waiter until I came to the MeltingPot. I definitely recommend Jameson to be your waiter. He definitely hit all the points of what a waiter should do. Me and myboyfriend decided to go back 2 days later just for the dessert but sadly, we didn’t have Jameson as our waiter. Next time wego back, we definitely will be asking for Jameson. Read more
