Ordered delivery from their website, waited about 2 hours and it never arrived. Tried calling the store and nobody ever picked... up. Tried to email to ask what could be done about the situation, i just wanted my food, that was it. They said they would getback to me, never did, emailed them again, still couldn't "figure" anything out and were still investigating. Been about 3-4weeks now........so I guess that would be a no. Stopped there on my lunch break and ordered the hostess or the one who takes orders didn?t see me for about two minutes long... list of orders and the young ones were talking to I assume we?re friends one gave a hand shake with the same gloves that sheused to make food and went right back to making food which was probably mine that she was making, another employee touched hermouth with the same gloves she used to make food and went back to her side making food and another Girl was eating in front ofguest but also had her friend eat the same food she was eating greetings wasn?t there when I arrived. Cold and not heated thoroughly, the cheese was still shredded between the quesadilla, not melted at all. The chicken was sparce... and the whole thing was cut oddly so that only one sliver had any meat. Was just passing through town and regret the waste ofmoney and time it took to get there through traffic from the interstate. Never again, at this location. We stopped in for a quick lunch, staff was nice but very very young and it seemed like everyone was new and trying to figure it... out (of course with a staffing shortage this is completely understandable!!), they were out of most things, when we got our foodthey had run out of the sides we ordered so they just didn?t give us any and we had to ask for a replacement. Food was ok, mysandwich had maybe half a piece of chicken on it. It tasted good but for the price it was far from worth it. ordered from Doordash twice recently -- and they forgot the food or left part of the order at the store.. Went to store to pick... up the food that was left, and the multiple girls working had the worst attitudes. asked them to remake food since it wassitting there for over an hour, and the new order still was slightly cold. they need to make sure that the orders are puttogether prior to doordash picking up, and making sure they take the entire order before leaving. honestly this makes me notwant to order from here anymore. very disappointing Read more
Fast service and the cashier was informative when we asked about smoothies. The hurricane smoothie and bacon ranch chicken flat... bread were both delicious. Unfortunately the dining area was not open to customers but were able to sit outside. Read more
We ordered delivery from the Tropical Smoothie app on Saturday, December 4, 2022. Our food was delivered, but our smoothies were... not. I replied to the text that my order had been delivered, but I got no reply. I have called and left 3 messages as there isno way to speak to a person, and no one has responded in the two days since this happened. I also tried contacting the companyvia their website, but I have received no reply from that either. We have ordered from them before and have not had issues.
