I?ve decided to write another review regarding this establishment. Since our last visit, it seems as though the owner... investigated our ?opinion? on the service we received. To EXPLAIN the service we received?it goes like this. When we walked in,it smelled like cigarettes heavily and there was an odor. We didn?t state there was any sort of smoking IN THE establishment.Also, the lady at the counter didn?t make it a pleasant choice to spend our hard working money and eat at your restaurant. Shecame off with an attitude and just no good energy what so ever! Mind you, this was our first time. We could?ve went anywhere,but we decided to use our GPS for this restaurant! Secondly, we don?t need to come back for a refund. It?s not about the moneyat all. It?s about the service, menu, enjoyment, etc. To really speak on our feedback to other places we visited has nothing todo with the review we left for you! YOU could?ve made all the difference, did you think about that. Quite frankly, since thepandemic the food industry has dropped tremendously and some of our reviews reflect that. And lastly, we never said we hadanything other than fried okra?it just would?ve been great to have more vegetable base choices on the menu being it?s a soulfood restaurant(again an opinion a consumer can voice)?I will be notifying BBB. A customer should never feel like a bad personfor simply leaving a review rather it?s good or bad?Good businesses take criticism into consideration and focus more onbetterment and not justification. Trucks is a great place to get some awesome fish and chicken...and Theresa loved her burger...the catfish was excellent, as was... the fried okra. We'll be going back, again and again. Read more
The staff was awesome and so polite. The food was super delicious. The shrimp was so tasty and the fish was spot on. The... homemade lemonade was great and not super tart. The hot sauce is spicy but it is a slow heat. The flavor is wonderful then theheat kicks you in the face. Read more

This fried chicken is AMAZING! This chicken is made fresh when you order. It came to the table hot and crispy. The peppery... seasoning on the skin is the best I?ve had. Definitely a must! Family owned. Friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Got the sweet n tangy and buffalo 12 piece drummets,... the Mac N cheese, and potato salad as well as fries ( I shared ????). Also had half n half tea/lemonade.. Everythingdelicious. Prices fair. Everything is absolutely delicious ???? During our 17 yr. Wedding Anniversary Wrightsville Beach vacation last week, my husband... and I dined at the restaurant. We had the pleasure and privilege of meeting the owner, Ramona as well as the HeadCashier/Waitress, Natalie and the Head Cook, Tallani. I do apologize if I misspelled your name. Thanks so much for sharing yourMemphis vacation highlights. We look forward to coming back through real soon to enjoy another one of your home cooked meals. FYI- The Spot and grits was definitely "spot on" and fantastic. My husband can't stop talking about how much he enjoyed theSeafood and Shrimp plate.
