We were a little nervous to go into this Waffle House, seemed very small, but from the secobd we walked through the doors... everyone was completely amazing. I give the server 5 stars for her excellent service considering how short staffed they were, However the manager was rude. I was... trying to help them out and do a good deed and make there load a little lighter, considering there was onky 2 people workingtonight. Si much for being kind and doing a good deed. Read more
My table of 3 had some wait time, seated by the door. Within 15 minutes a table was available to enjoy brunch. The waitress ... checked in often even though there was definitely a packed house. Read more
Food is always good. However the Manager should look more presentable (a belt, and clean shirt tucked in wouldn't hurt). Also... assisting his employees during busy hours instead of just pacing back & forth. Sweep the floor, wash a dish for those hardworking employees. Read more
It was very crowded when we visited and I felt the staff couldn?t handle it well. They were allowing people who were large in... number and asked them to dine instead first come first. The place wasn?t that clean. They took almost 15 minutes to take theorder. The coffee wasn?t hot at all and even the waffles weren?t that great. Cheese omelet was good though. Read more
Less than impressed. If I could give store 1116 zero stars I would but one star will have to do..Manager on duty was lazy, never... once greeted my party or any party that entered this restaurant. He was fully aware of an employee that was in the womensbathroom picking at her face. I was starting to think she had a flesh eating disease until I noticed she couldn?t control herbody. I visited on 2 consecutive mornings. The first morning was 5 stars; food was delicious and service was amazing and quick. Second... morning was 1 star; sausage gravy was basically water and they ran out of coffee. That's unforgivable since the place was lessthan a quarter full. Read more
