Stopped on 10/27/22 @ 7:30pm Walked in and waited at counter watching 3 employees look at us and turn away. Nobody else in line... and we waited almost 10 minutes then left after not being acknowledged. Read more
Door to parking lot was locked, had to enter on side of build by drive thru not a huge deal just was an inconvenience. Dining... area was very dirty had to clean our table and chairs before we could sit down, carpets had not been cleaned in awhile, tilefloors where sticky the ice tea containers had no lids to cover them from all the flys hovering around them. Food was hot andfresh service was minimal at best. Needless to say we wont dine in here again, better off going to drive thru and dont get thetea. Read more
Went there at 8:40 tonight, sign clearly states dining room is open until 10PM, however the gentleman at the counter with the... tattoos was very rude saying that we weren?t supposed to be in there and got very short with us. He was loudly complaining tothe other coworkers about us coming in. Read more
I can't say enough kind words for this young lady, Toni. She is so amazing! It was through the drive through on August 14th... around 4. She had long dread locks. Amazing Amazing customer service.Dee was also amazing. Sweetest smile. This is our secondencounter and not the last. I live next door so see you again soon. Thank you!! You need a serious raise. ???? Don't Bother! This place is filthy (floor is always sticky, tables are always dirty, they have old food and drinks sitting on... tables behind the counter, soda machine is mostly empty, etc.) and the service isn't much better. They consistently close thedoors to the dining room due to staffing concerns leaving the drive through extremely long if you want to go at that point, andmost of the staff I have interacted with don't care (or at least that it is how it's perceived to the public) about their job orproviding you with any competent level of customer service. The food is always cold or refried (yes I can tell when fries havebeen dropped back into the fryer to "warm" them up) and 90% of the time my order is completely wrong. Haven't been back to thislocation in awhile and this is the reason why. Avoid if you can, go somewhere else for lunch/dinner. Read more
