I love arbys but have been out 20 bucks since friday and cant get any help or answers from this store. I ordered online and sent... it to wilmington accidentally, called imediately to cancel the order. They saud they couldnt cancel or refund me but never madethe food. Now im asking for a credit for the food since i cant get my money back and they never made it or lost out on anythingand thats a problem to. Seems as if they just dont want to help customer's at all. My grandson and I went thru the drive thru in Wilmington Oh. When I was handed the bag with our food I asked about dipping sauce... for the mozzarella sticks and the jalapeno poppers ( the employee) had not asked if we wanted any or a flavor. He immediatelygot a negative attitude and threw 2 different kinds in the bag and proceded to hand it back to me. When I asked if we could get2 more I was refused and he closed the window on me. Not the best way to keep customers. And now I can understand why yourratings don't go above the 3's. Very disappointed. Read more

Added coupon to mobile order for free roast beef. Added roast beef sandwich and cherry turnover. Amount I was to be charged... showed as $1.69. I placed order and it changed the amount to $6.18 and removed the coupon. So, I was charged an extra $5without warning. I went inside and told the manager and she said there was nothing they could do. I informed them it was theftas I was charged an amount other than what I authorized; but, she reiterated there was nothing they could do and seemed veryindifferent to the whole situation.
