They have not had their seasonal soup once since its been on the menu and most of the time ive been there they have messed up... ringing out my food over charging me and taking so long to figure out how to fix it that it burns up my half hr lunch break. Read more

Put my meat on my bread and THEN asked if I wanted it toasted. I said yes and my meat isn't even warm. AT ALL. After our... sandwiches were made and immediately went to the back and started playing on his phone and then wiped his nose. GROSS. Read more

Horrible service. Placed an order online 1 hour before I scheduled to pick it up. When I got to the store I was told the guy... threw away the order slip and that I'd have to wait in line. A line in which there was already 10+ people in. Now maybe I'mwrong, but I would have thought my order should be a priority over customers that came inside the store to order. Otherwisewhat's the point of ordering online and scheduling a pickup time. The boy that threw the order away was extremely nice and keptapologizing for the mistake, and even asked the woman if he should go ahead and start the order and she told him no that shewould get to it when she could. She finally made the order, but I still had to wait about 18 minutes in total. That's the secondtime that same woman was rude to me. I doubt I'll ever go back as long as she's there. You don't treat people like that. Reallydisappointed in this store. Read more

Placed order online and was charged for it but store was closed when arrived at pick up time and unable to contact anyone at... store by phone for refund on food never received. Attempted to contact main subway corporate offices as well but they only haveonline complaints now too and I?ve never received a response from them as well!! Definitely makes me not ever want to order onapp again and definitely not at this location and probably not at any subway after this!!! Read more

Worst Subway I have ever been too. Never have bread made like it should be. The last employee I dealt with a few days ago was... clearly on drugs standing there talking to himself and completely ignored every customer. We ALL left . The whole line ofcustomers. Today I come in and no bread at all made. Waiting waiting waiting. Standard for this location I guess. Maybe itsgetting hard to find anyone bright enough to make sandwiches.... We'll blame it on covid I guess!!! Also, no tea made, out ofseveral soda flavors. The lady finally making my sandwich heard her phone make a noise back in the kitchen and immediatelystopped making my sandwich and tripped over herself to go check it. WOW. This is just okay. No fault to the young lady working, she was the only one on staff and had to make due with low stock levels... and a broken oven -- she did fine! The restaurant was a bit grungy (again likely due to lowered staffing) but the tables wereclean. I would have preferred my sandwich toasted, but there was a handwritten note on the door to warn me prior. No napkinswere readily available - perhaps via request, but she had about eight people in line when we noticed. It looks like managementneeds to do something about staffing. Read more

Very friendly very fast and efficient as always....oh and one more thing, if it looks like tuna, smells like tuna, and tastes... like tuna, then by golly it must be tuna. It's a great sandwich forget all the media rubbish. I've been enjoying that sandwichfor 20 years. ???? Read more
