I can't rate on the food. I left without ordering. I got in line at the drive thru with 6 cars in front of me and after 20... minutes, only 1 had ordered and drove on around the building. The vehicle that was behind it had been sitting at the speaker andnot ordered yet. I knew it was going to be quite a while. When I drove around the building to leave, no one was sitting at thepick up window. From all indications, they were taking an order, and preparing it before they were taking the next. Went for lunch at 2pm today Keith rang up my order in no time was very polite. He had my order ready in less than 5 min. All... the ladies had lovely smiles and positive attitudes.The restaurant was very clean and. The food hot and delicious. Thanks to allof your team for the wonderful experience. Tried to call here several times to discuss my issue. I had a drive through order and ordered a diet coke. Well apparently they... gave me a regular coke. Im diabetic and my glucose went way high. Only ate a burger with no bun and no fries. You ought be morecareful for your customers sake Read more
first of all, as soon as we walked in, the line was long and people started leaving because of slow service. there was only 3... people working and didn?t seem to care how long people waited. one of them was on their phone. the drive thru was long as well.we got in at 9:10 and didn?t leave till 9:50. second of all. after waiting 30 minutes for our food they didn?t give us thefrostys that we ordered. i told them i ordered two frostys and no answer they just looked at me. the girl there (i think hername was katy) grabbed our frostys and slammed them on the counter and rolled her eyes. terrible service. got there about 9:45 at night yesterday. the lobby was open with people in it and a decent drive thru line. i never complain... really about waiting because i understand it being busy or short staffed. waited for a good 30 minutes until we got to thespeaker and sat there for 5 or so minutes with no one speaking until the guy that was in front of us came back around and toldus they went through mcdonald?s and everything and we were still in line which was about 10:15 at that point. he said the wholerestaurant was closed and shut down and employee parking lot was empty. there was about 3 or 4 cars behind us too. this wholetime i thought it was just short staffed and people were slowly getting their orders taken. we were never told they were closingat a random time or anything. they all just left and didn?t tell anyone that was waiting in the drive they line. and this isn?tthe first time they?ve closed at a random time and let people just sit in the line. Was there today. As me and my 3 kids walked in there were a couple people ahead of me to order. You could immediately tell... there were operational issues. The lobby customers were informed that staffing is critically low and the staff they do have istrying their best, which was obvious when watching. I got to orderour food then the computer system crashed I was told. Again. The manager communicated and was apologetic. But the short staffing and down computers made things very difficult forthat staff. I saw other customers come in and act hostile to staff due to a situation they had no control over. They wereblamed, ridiculed, and verbally assaulted. All staff, I think all 4 of them. MIntained their composure. Though it was thelongest "fast" food experience of my life, I rate 5 stars due to the professionalism is observed and the honest intent to stillprovide the best service they could given a difficult situation. Sandwich Description: A juicy chicken breast marinated and breaded in a fiery blend of peppers and spices topped with pepperjack cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, crunchy dill chips, and a drizzle of habanero hot honey sauce all on a toasted bun. Forfire-eaters with a sweet tooth. My thoughts...I've always like Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich so trying this new Hot Honeyversion got me all excited. I liked the addition of the habanero hot honey sauce and the fried crunchy dill pickles. Overall, adecent sandwich. I'd like to add that the food was served fresh and hot. Went there twice to get a simple Jr bacon cheeseburger with mayo. Had to go inside to get it. When I got home they had put... pickles on it that my grandson won't touch. Phone is turned off so you can't call. Read more
