Went through the drive-through on Wednesday morning, and they were slow, and the drink machine was down. Came, though, on... The food was good, after we waited over 45 minutes for it. It is called fast food right? And the icing on the cake is that the... manager offered us some boberry biscuits for our wait, but then when they were ready, they suddenly didn't know anything aboutit. Read more

Went through drive thru just now... awful customer service! When we left we were missing one of our meals. They had only given... us the drink. So tried to go in but dining room was closed. Had to go get back in line. Get to the window... and they want toargue that they did put the meal in the bag. No I'm sorry... no nothing. Just argue complain and rolling eyes!!!! Seriouslypeople.. get it together. If you did make the meal... then you gave it to the wrong car... just apologize and fix the mistake.No need to be all ghetto about it! Rant over.. Read more
Went for breakfast on way work . Should have been fast and easy or at least easy. But alas it was slow , they had plenty of help... I seen 10 or 12 people. When I got in line there were two people waiting to oder, no big deal for Bojangles. But they weregetting one big order together for someone , all hands on deck I guess. But why the rest of us wait for 10 Mins to take ourorder. They were 3 or 4 people just watching . And even after taking our orders we were still waiting 10 more minutes , I wasnot expecting a 20 minute delay . But once your ordered they kind of got you. Now biscuit was good as usual. Employees were full of personality and very helpful in ordering. Was very clean and in a location close to motels, which was... convenient since we were traveling. Probably the worst attitude and service I have seen in a long time. At the drive thru, you order one item and get ask?is that... it?, no then order another and get ?is that it? so on and so on. I had four meals to get ordered. Then I asked for an extrasauce in one (yes, I am aware that Bojangles requires you to pay for this item) It was an extra $0.75 so I had expected toreceive it. It was not with the order and luckily I have been burned before and now check every item. And I do like a variety ofthe chicken fast food restaurants, but this is definitely lacking the quickness of the drive thru, friendly staff, correctordered items, and no extra charge for the sauces that some others provide with a ?my pleasure? added.
