The food was good. But the people working up front had a bad attitude. They wanted to run their mouth instead of working. They... would get the orders wrong. When someone said something. They smarted off at them especially the lady taking the orders. U mightget one order wrong but 4 in a row. She very hateful to a older gentleman. I heard him give his order and when he said theyforgot something. She said he didn't said that hateful. But he did I heard it and others did to and when we said he did she gotall mad and started to fuss. Read more

Horrible service. Third time in a row that we have tried to get a 12 piece bo box of chicken and they decide to skimp out and... give us chicken tenders instead. I paid for a full meal. Let's not mention the fact they skimped on a side of dirty rice too.Once, I can forgive. This is the 3rd time in a row they have done the same thing. Absolutely finished with this company in thisarea. I will drive an hour elsewhere just to get bojangles if I want it. At least there they will actually give me what I payfor. Read more
Lobby closed before 5pm which lead to a 33minute wait (for only 10vehicles in front of me) yielded a box of disappointment. The... breading fell off all of the "supreme" tenders, they were barely warm and hardly wider than their "cajun" fries that of whichhad no seasoning. Better experience than the last had a line and still got my food hot and fast a significant improvement
The line was very long, but when I got my food I could see why. The food is delicious! Everything was nicely packaged and... nothing was missing. They have a lot of family bundles which is good for feeding a crowd. They're a bit pricey, but it'sdefinitely worth it every once in awhile. Read more
