I don?t usually talk down on businesses or leave reviews but I honestly can?t ignore this one anymore ???? these are the same... people from the old one on ward blvd and I can tell. Ordered 3 of the 3 piece dinner with sides and they misunderstood that wewanted so I corrected them which is fine. After I finished ordering I asked for them to repeat and they still messed it up. Gotthe food and looked inside to see we only have 2 pieces of chicken and have to wait another 8 minutes for a cheddar bo biscuit?it?s a wonderful restaurant so it?s sad to see all the potential go to waste Read more

How is it that a new location is so god awful? Please tell me why this is the only location in the world that DOESNT SELL RANCH.... I?ve been told twice in 2 months by 2 different people ?our GM doesn?t order ranch?. Sounds to me like the GM is playing bytheir own rules and cutting costs. Sad for business. On top of that. I order chicken and instantly taste batter. Pink/browngooey batter stuck to my front teeth. Immediately spit it out. This place is god awful. We came here inside for some breakfast. They were extremely backed up. We were waiting 30 mins and haven't even ordered our... food. Once we did, it was another 30 minutes to get our food. However, the food was hot and great. It'll be months before wecome back again, and hopefully they have a better system by then. Read more

#2 Been awhile and we thought they would have gotten better by now but no such luck. Before the chicken was undercooked and now... it's overcooked to the point it's chewy and dried up. $30 down the drain. The breasts were the size of a thigh and the thighswere the size of a wing. Oddly enough the drumsticks were ok. We can't afford to lose any more money at this location. Itdoesn't seem like they even care which is even worse. We love Bojangles but we won't go back to this location. Lamm Rd may makemistakes with the orders but at least their food is edible. I've added pics this time but they're not very good. You can't trulysee the extend of damage to these poor chicken parts. #1 Asked twice if there were 3 breast pcs in the 12 pc tailgate. Yes. Gotour box and there were only two. Went back. Then the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked.... grouse! Ordered a picnic bo-round theyweren't ready so we had to wait. 15 minutes later they brought out an individual pack. We told them we ordered the picnic sizeand they said we don't have that on our menu.......seriously after a 15 minute wait?? Shouldn't they have mentioned that tobegin with. Every new place that first opens needs a while to sort things out and find a way to work together to be a team. This location... today served KFC style biscuits.. Or also known as unbuttered and undercooked. I got an 8 piece tailgate special with mashedpotatoes and Mac and cheese. The total with taxes was 28.17... On a side note the "Boxes" section "8 piece and 4 biscuits" onlycosts $15.21 at this location so I AM COMPLETELY DONE WITH DOOR DASH AS THEY HAVE THIS EXACT ITEM LISTED AS $19.11 ..UPDATE: ithas been 3 days and my entire family has been sick on the toilet since eating this meal. The wait times at THIS specific location is ATROCIOUS. It takes you over an hour to get through their drive through. Once at the... speaker to order it takes them at least 10 minutes just to acknowledge you. This place has 2 drive through lanes that STAYbacked up because of their inability to work efficiently in the building. Avoid at all costs if on any form of time constraintor respect your OWN time.
