Plenty of room to eat and watch the game. The food was pretty good, got wings of course, mozzarella sticks and the chicken dog.... We got a new server so the experience was the issue. It was the weekend and you could tell they were flustered. No menus, longwait time, order wrong multiple times but they were pleasant and very apologetic. Food service isn't easy so I wassympathetic. I would go back for the wings again and to try out the sampler but only on a quiet day during the week. Read more

It will be a while until we try again. Hostess did not seat us, just handed menus and said seat yourself. The booth cushions... are in need of replacement. Our booth had a foul odor and the cushion was ripped. The server moved us. The wings arrived hardand warm. They had been sitting out. The french fries were warm from sitting out, not fresh. The server got us fresh wings andfries. I ordered a small drink and received a large and was billed a large. The server corrected. Service was great! To be anational chain, they need to manage, clean, replace ripped seats. Food should be fresh cooked. The 3 rating is for the awesomeand patient server. We left her a 20% tip. Read more

Edited 7/12. We have gone back and gave it a second shot. It was not bad this time round. Our food was served correctly and... wings were crispy as we ordered. To the owner asking to give feedback we did and never received anything. Food was not thatgreat. We got one less wing in our meal and when they brought it out it was undercook. We ordered a large fry but got less thana kids meal fry. I had a 5 off $25 and they wouldn?t take it when I use it weekly on Tuesday. Read more
Place is literally the definition of incompetence. 1st reason: they refuse to cook your wings well done due to a ?chicken... shortage? yep folks a shortage is the reason why they won?t cook wings well done. Btw 8/10 fries be soggy to the point I feellike I?m eating mashed potatoes?. 2nd reason: unless you goto the bar, ur not gonna get waited on. 3rd reason: staff literallymess up online orders. If you get 20 boneless wings and ask for half hot, half medium, you will get 10 hot, and 10 bbq wings.Yep bbq. at this point I?m never coming back to this location after giving them many chances. Just a waste of money and food issoggy and small portions. the owner of this location should be ashamed of their self for owning a piece of junk with staff thatare jokes. My husband and I love BWW.. but this one.. is just NOT it. We went the other day with our kids and was immediately seated and... greeted by our server that had her kids at work with her. I get it, childcare is expensive but personally I think itsunprofessional. We never got straws after asking numerous times. My husband had to get up and get silverware himself.. it tookforever for our order to get to the table and our fries had probably been sitting for 15 minutes. They were hard and cold.. I'veworked in the service industry my entire life and would never serve someone old food. We went on to eat and the staff continuedto talk to one another by our table outside of the kitchen.. I tried to give the server my ticket and card but she walked pastme twice. Not to mention as she walked it back for me to sign for her she was on her cell phone talking to someone walking OUTinto the dining room. Never seen anything like it. First thing first, the fact that I am leaving a negative review let alone a review at all says alot! If you want to go for... drinks at the bar, cool. The food=trash. The customer service=trash. The preparation of the food=trash. Which makes the pricesof the food very unreasonable & unworthy. They gave me 10 French fries in a box & called it a serving. My wings were literallyraw & not cooked completely. The staff are rude, lazy, & nasty. The establishment smells terrible. They could use a pop upinspector visit. Therefore, let?s see how fast I can make it happen. Read more
