How much brown and rotting romaine is acceptable in a side salad? I think half is a bit too much. Do you examine the lettuce... when it's prepped or before you confidently serve it to a customer? Just curious. Read more

Amazing speed and accuracy! There were probably 25-30 cars wrapped around the building and I was in and out in about 5 mins!... They definitely have the drive thru formula! Read more
After a long day of my truck breaking down and running to get different trailers to go pick it up off of the highway I decided... to stop at Chick-fil-a for my wife and I because we where going to be home later than expected. When we got home and began toeat I picked up a nugget and the Inside of my chicken was raw.. which made us not want to finish our meal. Read more

I need better service than that. Today my mother went and got her food and when she went to the drive thru they put 2 sauces on... there my mother didn?t ask for them so she asked could she put ketchup instead they lady being rude says, ? only 2 sauces, butwe just wanted ketchup there?s a difference we didn?t want Polynesian or any bbq sauce we wanted ketchup. We come to Chick-fil-A at least 2 times a week to feed a family of 4 normally spending around $40 every time we come, but I... think it is time to switch to Zaxbys for a while they will make my salad to order while Chick-fil-A in Wilson tells me it takesto long to leave items out of the salad I mean really how hard is it to leave the tomatoes or any other item of a salad it's nodifferent then leaving an item of a sandwich. Service here just keeps going down hill for us but the salads tonight was theicing on the cake for us. We are Signature members on the app thru the end of 2023 so we come quite often. Couldn't talk to theManger at this location but got thru at the 264 location he said it was a corporate decision to stop customizing salad orders,so we called corporate and they said that it's up to the location itself.
