Terrible service rude bartender got offended when I said drink was too sweet and charged me to fix it and also wouldn't serve me... another drink because it was too close to closing. I usually like chillis I think they have the best long Island for a chainrestaurant however this was the worst experience I've had at one and the first time I've left a .01c tip on principle of poorservice. The service has been pretty slow the past few times I've been, but the food is always good. They have a lot of TVs by the bar so... its a good place to go and watch a sports game. Read more
The menu changes a lot lately but its always good. Restaurant alway tidy and staff nice an attentive and more than just script... reading when greeting you, they actually talk and have wonderful conversations and personalities. Read more

After stopping by for appetizers as a light lunch, we noticed that the doors on the building were dirty and as we walked in we... noticed that their was only 8 people eating.. mainly due to them limiting the numbers.. a large table was piled up with tones ofdirty dishes and old food in them with Flys flying around.. several people working there including a manager and host, who wesaw do nothing more than mearly talk to every one. There was trash on the floors and under the tables, lighting shades above thetables were filthy and the mirrors and so forth we also nasty. The food was ok other than we were over charged for anappetizers that came out blonde and gross. I guess they decided to over charge because they removed it one and didn't expect meto over look the bill. Also the rating is a 93. I don't think I will ever return to this location or another chili's. I'm sosurprised to see that they had a rating by other customers as a 3.8. I guess everyone got used to just accepting less thansince covid.. Read more

Great food and service, but more chips than dip, double shots... wasn't double (I know I use to bartend...) overall, wasn't a... bad experience. Food was very good. Read more
