My husband and I drive from Nashville just to dine in. It was 9ish and the employees have already started to let the food run... low. We waited for queso but at least 10 ppl after us was waiting on steak. The cooler in front was closed. All the lemonadeswere empty and clean. This location need better management. Read more
I don't usually leave reviews but the service here was so bad I had l to. No one was polite and the staff seem annoyed I ordered... food. Also the tables and floor was very dirty I'm surprised they gave a 95.5 sanitation score. Management needs to be replaced.Don't go here. Read more
1/23/22 It was my very first time trying chipotle. Wanted to see why it was so popular. Verdict: it ain?t all that. Store... seemed cleaned when we came in. It wasn?t busy. I got the 3 tacos (chicken, pork and barbacoa) with the spicy red sauce. I wassurprised that they put rice in the taco and asked if I wanted beans in too. Wut? Isn?t that just a burrito then? The only meatthat had flavor was the chicken, tasted like smoked chicken. The pork had some flavor too but the barbacoa was gross. Had noflavor at all. My fiancé got the burrito and didn?t realize that the guacamole and cheese was extra. We spent 30 bucks. Surethe food seems like fresh but no flavor at all. Staff was decent. Bathroom was clean. I like trying new places. Crossed chipotleoff the list. Won?t recommend it unless you wanna taste an upgraded Taco Bell. Read more
