Very dirty. Food debris all over the equipment, counters, and floors. No one is wiping down the blizzard machine...looks... plastered from neglect. Where is the night manager, it's just kids who have zero concern for food safety. By far the mostdisgusting and unkempt Dairy Queen I have seen. I chose 1 star because I had to in order to write my review. However, I would give no stars. I took my son to this location at... 9:45 on a Saturday night. There was 1 car in front of us and 4 cars eventually lined up after us. After waiting at thedrive-thru window for a considerable amount of time, the car that was in front of us drove around to let us know they were nottaking anymore orders. They only knew that because they drove to the window and knocked. They stated the "workers" were nottaking anymore orders because they had to clean up before they left. I'm not even mad they wanted to leave at 10 instead ofclosing at 10. I'm mad that they were not considerate enough to let the cars waiting know they were not taking anymore orders. Extremely rude workers, I have never received such continuous bad service. Tonight was the last straw as the girl and guy worked... were both extremely rude. I asked for a ice cream with sprinkles and the girl who took my order was extremely rude. The guy whotook my card for the transaction said nothing to me the whole time. Such horrible staffing. Rude! The guy at the drive thru window was so rude tonight. I accidentally gave him 2 $5's instead of 3 so he was short and... looked and talked to me like I was stupid. Then he gave us our ice cream that was dripping everywhere. Didn't even bother towipe it. One of them wasn't even ours so the order was wrong. Gave me my change and shut the door. Evidently this place doesn?t have the right person taking inventory and ordering product.. they NEVER have bananas for a banana... split and located across the street from FOOD LION!!!! Lately they have only had CHOCOLATE ice cream! Each time I try thisplace I get disappointed. 1 employee definitely do not know how to talk to customers: asked for the banana split, she repliesrudely ? we ain?t got no bananas!? Worst sandwich experience ever. Had more mayonnaise on my sandwich than bread and all the lettuce was turning brown and wilted.... Disgusting. Lady at the window was very short with us while ordering and then had to repeat our order 3 times back to us tocheck it. I normally live DQ sandwiches but this was appalling. Idk anyone who would've eaten what I was given. Read more
Not as good as it was even a decade ago but only place in Wilson to get blizzard type milkshake.
