Honestly, they used to be great, in and out. 3 to 5 minutes. Same time every day. Now there's a line forever. I pull up to the... drive thru window and are talking and getting pastries for the cars I'm assuming are behind me because they certainly aren't formy order. Meanwhile I'm looking at my drink just sitting there by the window, waiting for them to take my money and get me mydrink so I can get to work myself. The slowness is agonizing. And I have no idea if they get points for it but I often see thechick at the window scanning her phone like she's getting points on the Dunkin app for my order? Store hours say 5:00 a.m. opening, but it's 6:00 a.m. and the store is still not open. We ordered donuts and coffee online for... a business function, but it appears we will go without. Horrible way to run a business. Read more

The service was horrible. The girl had had no patience taking the order. She was sarcastic and referred to my daughter as the... ?white girl at the window?. This was our second attempt at this particular location the first attempt was not much better. Willnot be going back. Read more
