I am not often startled by food. I lived in Mexico for a while, and these are the closest tacos I've had to that experience. And... by that I mean flat delicious. NC may not have many great burritos, but it's got solid tacos. These smoke the rest. The lady whoruns it knows. The guys ordering ahead know. If you don't know, fine by me. More for me. Wow.
