Disappointed to arrive around 7AM. All the lights are on. There are workers inside. Doors are locked and no one would come on... the drive thru intercom. Read more
Excellent service. Best drive thru experience they weren't rushing me to order, they ask me what I wanted, I told them and as I... went to the window since they didn't have fries at the moment they made a whole new batch for me that's what I call customerservice. And then when I pulled up and waited a worker came outside and said "sorry for the wait" and proceeded to had my foodand told me to have an amazing day. I applaud everyone there just AMAZING!! Me and my husband went here after work to get something to eat we got a burger meal and chicken tender meal the burger was dry... the tenders was not big enough to feed a baby over cooked hard and dry fries was cold . I said now I see y I haven?t been toHardee?s over a year there food is not up to par for me to be spending my hard earn money on. Waste $20 all the food was goodfor is the trash. A tad disappointed in the loaded omelet biscuit, the sausage and cheese biscuit and the hot cake sandwich combo were... good. Customer service is bad in an apathetic way. Robots working would have been nicer. Didn't feel welcome at all. Read more
