Kathy was very professional and welcoming from when I walked in, placed my order, and walked out! This location has a great set... of people and it shows how hard working they are. I am very dissatisfied, I had to explain to them several times that I only wanted the bread with the cheese warmed up and then I... would add the meat and vegetables after. A second person came in to help because the first girl was not understanding, sheexplained it wrong to the second person, then he asks me do you want just the cheese on the grill? I said, the cheese and thebread, he proceeds to just put the cheese on the grill then I told him I wanted both the bread and the cheese, then he says youtold me just the cheese. ???? God how hard it is to understand a client just likes to warm up the bread with the slices ofcheese and then add the rest especially after I clearly requested that a few times to 2 different people. A very stressful fewminutes, I even left to my car and had my boyfriend finish my order. Read more
