I believe that the right attitude is the key to be successful. Unfortunately some people don't understand that. I came in an... order a pepperoni pizza, I notice that pizza was hard an old, I requested to exchange it for a Hawaiian an I would pay thedifference, apparently that got them very upset & started giving me attitude. I apologize & asked them to understand that itwasn't personal an they just didn't care !!!!! This happen on 07/22/22 at 1pm . Ordered online but when I arrived the store was closed. I'd pick any other restaurant around the area than hoping for the chance... on whether or not the store is open. Update: Another fun part of this experience is going through the process of getting themoney reimbursed to my card! They are very slow so there is always a 15-20 minute wait time if you don't order ahead. They close really early. Also, the... online ordering system is down a lot. However, the pizza is what you would expect from Little Caesars, so it's not bad. Read more
The best Little Caesars ever ! Ingredients were fresh, dough was perfectly risen and the price was right on. Florida's locations... are hit or miss and are .60 more for a pizza that doesn't hold a candle to this location. Exit #121 in NC at the Circle K is amust stop for any hungry road traveler. *This is normal operations for this specific location.* I waited at 600 pm for an employee to countdown his drawer for each 20,... 10, 5, 1, quarter, dime, nickle, and penny. Remedial arithmetic is not as hard as he made it out to be. 6 people were behindme waiting. 1 guy waited 20 min for a pizza and they got it wrong. 5 hot and ready pizzas were just sitting waiting to bebought. 15 minutes later the clerk glares at me and says..."yeah?" The pizza I got made a bowl of glass look tastier. I threwit out in the parking lot and cut my losses. Read more
Every time I go, I swear I won't go back. Tonight, I waited for 28 minutes in the drive thru. There was one person in front of... me waiting for their order. I couldn't leave, though, because there was a car behind me. When you advertise hot and readypizza, you should have the people who order other types pull into a waiting area so the service can be faster. The pizza isnormally cheap, but good.
