We live 30 mins away and how does a call in order for $36.07 turned in only 1 of the 5 items we ordered. And no explanation how... our order was not correct and no offer to make our order or any type of discount. Just rude customer service.. Will not goback..this was awful!!!! I did a order by phone a lady anse but never ask my name, I thought the lady knows what she did and wne i were there the lady... was rude and said I dont have nothing for you when I explained she close the window and shut the door when I talked. NO GOODCOSTUMER SERVICE. Read more
Once apom a time it was a good place to go and get a quick pizza. But now the ppl who work there act as if they care less. The... best thing they could do is close up shop. Only way I see to make an improvement. There no customer service everyone acts likethey have a attitude all the time. And they open and close whenever they want to I guess I've seen them in there working andpull up to the window they said they were closed and cut the light off. I sat and watched for a few. They go up in price and down in quality. Nothing like having a giant hole in your pizza. Ill just go to dominos from now.
My mom called in an order confirmed with the lady on the phone the correct little Caesars (Ward Blvd Wilson.) We arrive and go... in, wait behind a lady ordering and then go up to the register, the cashier didn?t speak to us, and helped the drive through.When done with the drive through the cashier proceeded to talk to the lady that came in behind us and asked if she had a pick uporder and I spoke up and said we did( because we did) then the cashier told me our order was not in and told us we were at thewrong location and I said no we confirmed on the phone. He asked another employee to come to the front and she slipped her shoeson came up and just stood there. He rang up another customer and then asked her if she put in our order and she said yes. Hetold her it was not in there then she showed him how she did it and then he said it?s not made would we like to place it now. Noapologies NOTHING! My mother said no she wants what she ordered now and I said he said it?s not made and she asked if I place itnow do we get a deal and he said not I started to get loud about us placing an order in advance and he quickly said I will giveyou bread sticks that?s all I can do?.
