My family andi did an online order and the online orders stopped at 12:30. We pull up to McDonald's at. 10:50 and they where... closed .I always running into a problem at this McDonald's at night I only eat here because my kids love it and autistic sondoesn't eat french fries from anywhere. Nice place , clean and quiet food was good , my only issue, they mistakenly shorted me a chicken nugget , normally i wouldnt... even hassle it , but i went back and asked them to provide it and apparently the hugh lady with the yellow shirt had a attitudewas rolling her eyes and made a comment, when you deal with a customer you be nice regardless of how your day is going she wastotally unprofessional and made me feel embarrassed that i went back to claim the food i had purchased . Cashier was courteous and friendly. Received our food in a timely manner and the order was correct and hot. The store was mostly... clean. I did not give 5 stars because there was a wet spill near the soda machine with no "wet floor" sign. I felt thatshould've been a priority for safety reasons. Read more

Ordered at drive thru and asked to park in front and my order would be brought to my vehicle. 10 MINUTES LATER I walked in and... asked where my order was and someone yelled to the grill cook "I need a plain double cheese burger now ". That tells me that noone ever thought again about my order I sat in front of the restaurant for. When I walked in to inquire about it, there wereabout 4 employees just standing around. We had a group of 6. We were greeted as we walked into the lobby at 9:14pm by a worker who said" I just want you to know we will... be closing the lobby in 30 minutes...in 30 minutes,just want you to know that". That's is not the way to greet yourguest. Especially, with the tone and attitude that she said it. Also, the worker apparently can't tell time because the lobbydid not actually close untill 10:00pm. Bad attitude, sorry customer service and a lack of courtesy is what we experienced. Read more

I drove through their drive-thru around 6 p.m. on a weekday. There was one car in front of me, and no one behind me. After a... minute or two no one took my order so I drove up to the window to place my order. It look like they were exchanging money out ofthe drawer. I ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken biscuit and a large sweet tea. This what I received. Dry, gristly, andinedible. Look like something they found behind the dumpster. Read more
