We just finished our "date night" meal here and there are so many things, where to start. It's uncomfortable when you walk into... a place & can tell its disorganized. There are alot of staff which you would expect for a Friday night at any popularrestaurant. We did get seated right away which we thought was a plus. But the both we were seated at, at the entrance had nastylarge amounts of food grapes, croutons, cheese crammed in between the back of the seat and the cushion. I sat near the edge. Ourwaitress who may have been new told us right away not to order the lasagna frita appetizer or wasn't good, which I thought wasjust an odd way to try to connect with us but not very professional. I ordered a glass of wine just a Pinot Grigio and beinghumorous and acted like a was speaking a foreign language. When she returned she was pouring a red wine and I said no what Iordered was a white wine. It seemed like she thought I was being difficult but I repeated it and she went back. At this pointmy husband said "let me know if you think we should just be done here" but I said I think she's just new. She came back andasked if this was right and it was but then she started to pour the wine into a filthy greasy smudged up glass and I touched itand she asked "is it dirty?" And I said yes it's filthy. So she left and we could see her trying to find a clean glass which Iappreciated that this wasn't her fault. Then a team member came by more concerned with why there was a wine bottle on our tablethan the actual issue with the glass, and she came back and served me a full glass of wine & said the extra pour was free. Itwas an effort at least. Then came the salad I was handed a small saucer to put my salad on, at this point I was just going tosee what else could happen. A 30 minute wait turned into a 40 minute wait. Got a table took 15 minutes and me shouting can I get some water, To get a... server's attention. 3 breadsticks came for 4 people and ask for just lettuce on the salad. The salad came back with everythingand the server got a attitude about the salad. A second server bought the correct salad. I suggested that the server take themenu's back and she said the other server must have forgotten. The calamari was ok and it took the main course 25 minutes toarrive to the table. Usually busy but the wait wasn't too bad for a Friday. The food was decent but it was just like you'd expect from a chain... restaurant. I got the shrimp scampi and my fiance got the steak and alfredo. Drinks are priced really well, $5 cocktails arehard to come by. Read more
