I placed my order in drive thru. Then my daughter called wanted me to get her a cinnamon crunch bagel, so when I got to the... window I asked the lady can I add a bagel to my order she said we are out of bagels then closed the window, VERY RUDE. So Iparked my car and went inside and I see a basket full of ???? bagels. I asked to speak to a supervisor which never came. So Isaw the lady that said there was no bagels. She looked surprised. I guess she thought I wasn't coming inside. I knew she waslying, but why? For no reason. I spoke with her and told her she lied and was very Rude. Then she said I'm sorry I thought wewas out. 12/26/21 We used their in store screen ordering machine. A lot of stuff wasn?t available. I ordered the breakfast soufflé but... then was told it would take 20 mins. They had to refund us, and then I had to place a new order (spinach, egg, tomato, andcheese sandwich). It was good. The staff were courteous but not really welcoming. Spacious dine in area and seemed cleaned. Iwould say that I just don?t see myself coming back. Read more
